The owners of the Hill Creek house engaged us to add a four-season room addition, as well as a new outdoor deck, a new covered porch, and to complete a full kitchen remodel.

Our addition and renovation included:

• Demolition of original rotting deck and frame.
• Construction of a four-season room addition onto the existing house with a seamless transition on the exterior, and with the removal of the old exterior wall on the interior of the home.
• Installation of new energy efficient windows and doors.
• Installation of new hardwood floors in three bedrooms.
• Removal of the old kitchen and major upgrade to a modern kitchen with open floor-plan.
• Removal of retaining wall and fencing and construction of a new landscaped pathway with no stairs.
• Complete new paint job inside and out.
  

This addition and renovation gave our clients 240 square feet of additional indoor living and dining space, a larger more functional kitchen, and two exceptional outdoor living spaces all focused on their beautiful pastoral view.
